Corrections, questions and feedback are all welcome — and there is one kind of query we genuinely cannot help with.

We read everything and reply within one to two working days. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us: offer terms change often, and a stale wagering figure or a payment method that is no longer supported is exactly what we want to know about. If you can include the operator name and where on the site you saw it, we can fix it faster.
Press enquiries, partnership questions and data protection requests go to the same address — please put the subject in the first line so it reaches the right person.
What we cannot help with
WinnersVault UK is a comparison site, not a casino. We do not operate any gambling service, hold no player funds and have no access to your account with any operator. That means we cannot assist with:
- registration, verification or account closure;
- deposits, withdrawals, pending payments or payment method problems;
- bonuses, free spins, wagering progress or voided winnings;
- self-exclusion or limits on a specific operator account.
All of those go to the operator’s own support team, which is contactable from inside your account. If the operator does not resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you can take it to the alternative dispute resolution provider it is required to name — usually IBAS or eCOGRA — free of charge. The UK Gambling Commission does not adjudicate individual disputes but does want to hear about operator misconduct.
